We specify, deliver and install contract furniture for offices. Send us the plan and we will send back a real number.

Most of what goes wrong with a furniture package happens between the drawing and the dock. We hold the whole line so nothing falls between trades.
Test fits, blocking and stacking, and typicals worked against your real headcount rather than a catalogue layout.
Full specification with finishes, fabric and power paths, issued in SIF so it drops cleanly into the order.
Scheduled receiving, crews to suit the building, and a walked punch list at the end.
Reconfigurations, added stations and warranty work after occupancy, handled as one ongoing relationship.
A curved oak desk, a stone top and a lit slat wall. The first ninety seconds of the building, and the only room every visitor sees.

We take your floor plan and headcount and come back with a specified budget, not a range. Every line is a real product at a real price, so the number you take to the board is the number you spend.
You get a specified budget
Typicals, finishes and options fixed. You approve a drawing set and a line-by-line quote, with the finish samples in your hand rather than on a screen.
You get a drawing set and a quote
Purchase orders placed and acknowledged, with lead times tracked against your occupancy date. If a factory slips, you hear it from us first and you hear the plan with it.
You get acknowledged lead times
Receiving, building access, protection and installation sequenced around the other trades. Dock times, freight elevators and after hours windows are ours to hold, not yours.
You get a sequenced install
We walk the floor with you, log every item, and stay on it until the list is empty. Warranty and service carry on from the same people who specified the job.
You get an empty punch list
We work across manufacturers instead of pushing a single line, so the specification answers the budget, the lead time and the building. If your architect has already specified a product, we will quote it. If the lead time will not hold your schedule, we will say so and put a real alternate next to it.
RAM Office Interiors is a new dealership and the line card is still being finalised. Ask us for the current list and we will send it the same day.
The person who wrote your specification is the person who walks your punch list. Nothing gets handed to a queue.
We specify for the second reconfiguration, not just the first install, and keep your typicals on file so additions match years later.
Lead times are quoted from acknowledgement, not from hope. If a date is at risk you hear it from us first.

A floor plan and a headcount is enough to begin. Drawings, a finish schedule or an existing specification all help, and none of them are required.
